Eastern District of Louisiana orders EPA to act on rulemaking petition

 On September 9, 2013 the Eastern District of Louisiana ordered EPA to address the Gulf Restoration Network’s rulemaking petition on nutrient levels in the Mississippi River and Gulf of Mexico.
